We at Yuko-Keiso solve our clients’ problems for tomorrow with reliable control and advanced information technologies.

Chairman Ryuzo Ota

President Gen Ohta

Since our establishment in 1963, we have been designing, installing, and maintaining automatic control systems for electricity, air conditioning, security, and other systems in large buildings. Under the slogan "All for One," we have earned the trust of many of our customers for our style in which all employees support front-line personnel and carry out their work responsibly. Buildings such as offices, hospitals, research facilities, and factories are required to have optimal indoor environments according to their uses, methods of operation, and the people who use them. We place great importance on performing the role required of these buildings to the best of our ability, and hope to bring smiles to the faces of not only our customers but also to those beyond them through instrumentation.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the 2015 UN Summit set common global goals that integrate the three aspects of economy, society, and environment. Not only governments and local authorities, but also private companies are working to achieve these goals. In addition to our contributions in the field of automatic control systems for buildings, we are also aiming to achieve the SDGs goals while further enhancing our corporate value based on the technologies we have cultivated over the years in areas such as global warming countermeasures and control of pharmaceutical facilities in Japan and overseas.

We are now at a major turning point, as the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed economic activities and people's values and behavior regarding their lifestyles. We will continue to respond to the new needs of our customers, and combine our solid technology and experience with cutting-edge technology to work with speed and flexibility.
